Brian Windsor got to the button with his last shot in the 10th end to upset Bob Ursel 7-6 in the BC Men's final Sunday afternoon.
For Windsor it will be his 1st trip to the Brier. He has been to the Mixed twice, once for Alberta in 1991 and again last year for BC.
For 3rd Dennis Graber, it will be his 2nd trip to the Brier having gone in 1982 for Alberta.
For both Randy Nelson and Bill Johnson, this will be their 1st trip to any Canadian Championship.

Yukon/North West Territories-(Whitehorse CC)
Jamie Koe(Yellowknife CC) has won the Y/Nwt Men's title as a result of his 5th win in a row Saturday evening, an 8-4 win over Pat Paslawski 8-4. With 1 RR draw to go, no team can catch Koe or even force a tie breaker as the next closest teams are at 2-3. Included at that record are Steve Moss and Pat Paslawski.
For Jamie Koe, this will be his 1st trip to the Brier, while he has 3 appearances at the Canadian Mixed and 5 appearances in the Canadian Juniors including a runner-spot in 1994 playing 3rd for his brother Kevin, losing to Alberta's Colin Davison.
For 3rd Kevin Whitehead, this will be his 1st appearance at the Brier while he has 5 appearances at the Junior's and 1 Mixed appearance.
For 2nd Mark Whitehead this will be his 2nd Brier appearance and also he was 5th last year while he also has 2 appearances at the Juniors and 1 Mixed appearance.
For Lead Brad Choroskowski, this will be his 3rd Brier and he has 1 Mixed appearance.

Mark Dacey won the NS Provincial title defeating Don McIntosh in the final 9-5. For Dacey, this will be his 5th Brier. His rink won the Brier in 2004 beating Randy Ferbey in the final. Dacey also has 4 Mixed appearances including a Mixed Championship title in 2002. 
For 3rd man Bruce Lohnes, this will be his 6th trip to the Brier.
2nd man Rob Harris will be making his 3rd trip to the Brier while he has 3 trips to the Mixed including the winning Title with Dacey in 2002.
This will also be Lead Andrew Gibson's 3rd trip to the Brier. Andrew has 2 appearances at the Juniors.

     Roddie MacDonald defeated Peter Gallant in the "C" final to take the PEI Championship unbeaten at 7-0.
     MacDonald won the A,B,& C finals in their triple knockout Championship.
     For MacDonald, this will be his 5th trip to the Brier, he has 2 appearances at the Mixed.
     He is also the 1st PEI skip to win back to back PEI titles since Dr.Wayne Matheson did the trick in 1984-1985.. MacDonald has also curled in the MacDonald's Brier, The Labatts Brier and the Tim Horton's Brier.
     Kevin Champion will be appearing in his 3rd Brier and has been to 1 Mixed.
     This will be Phil Gorveatt's 3rd Brier, 1 Mixed appearance and a winner in 1987 with Peter Gallant and 2 Junior Appearances including a runnerup spot to Kevin Martin in 1985.
     Mike Dillon will be appearing in his 3rd Brier and also has 3 Junior appearances and 1 Mixed.

    For Grattan it will be his 5th trip to the Brier, 2nd as a skip. He has 2 appearances at the Canadian Juniors.
    For 3rd Wayne Tallon, it will be his 3rd trip to the Brier. Tallon has 3 trips to the Mixed also.
    For 2nd Jason Vaughan, this will be his 1st trip to the Brier and any Championship.         For Lead Jeff Lacey this will be his 3rd trip to the Brier. Lacey has 2 Junior Appearances.

    Jean-Michel Menard(Victoria CC) defeated Pierre Charette 10-5 in the final Sunday.
     For Menard this will be his 3rd Brier appearance. He has 2 Mixed appearances and won the Canadian Mixed Championship in 2001. He also has a Canadian Junior Men's appearance in 1996.
     This will be Francois Roberge's 4th Brier appearance. For 2nd Eric Sylvain, this will be his 4th Brier and he has 1 Junior appearance. Lead Maxime Elmaleh will be making his 4th Brier appearance.

     Glenn Howard(Coldwater & District CC) defeated Wayne Middaugh 9-6 in the final Sunday. For Howard this will be his 8th trip to the brier, 1st as a Skip. He played 3rd for brother Russ on 2 Brier and World Championship wins in 1987 and 1993.
     This will be Richard Hart's 2nd trip to the Brier. He was on the Silver medal team of Mike Harris's at the 1998 Nagano Olympics.
     For both Brent Laing and Craig Savill, this will be their 2nd trip to the Brier. They both played for John Morris' 2 Canadian and World Championship titles with in 1998-1999. Savill has another Canadian Junior appearance in 1997

     For Rob Gordon this will be his 2nd trip to the Brier. He has 1 appearance at the Canadian Juniors in 1979.
     For David McInnes this is his 2nd trip to the Brier and he has 2 trips to the Canadian Mixed. For Lead Jeremy Landry and 2nd Steve Burnett, this is thier 2nd trip to the Brier.

     This will be Ledrew's  1st trip to the Brier. He has 1 trip to the Junior's.
     For Jeff Rose, this is his 1st trip to the Brier.
     For lead Kieth Jewer, this is his 1st trip to the Brier and he has been to the Mixed once.

     Jeff Stoughton(Charleswood CC) defeated Reid Carruthers 8-7 in the final Sunday. This will be Stoughton's 5th trip to the Brier. He won it on 2 occasions in 1996 & 1999. He won the World championship in 1996.
     This will be Jon Mead's 3rd appearance at the Brier. He played 3rd on  the winning rink at the Canadian Junior Championship's in 1986.
     For 2nd Garry Van Den Berghe, this is his 5th trip to the Brier. He has been with Stoughton for everything.
     This will be Steve Gould's 2nd appearance at the Brier. He was with Jeff Stoughton in 1996 when they won both the Brier and the World Championship.

     This will be Jeff Sharp 2nd appearance to the Brier. Ben Hebert has 1 appearance at the Juniors while Chris Haichart has been to 1 Brier and has won both the Canadian and World Junior Men's title's in 2003.

Alberta-(Saville Center CC, Edmonton)
 
    Kevin Martin(Saville Sports Center CC) defeated Mark Johnson in the final Sunday 7-5.  For Martin it will be his 7th trip to the Brier. He has won it twice in 1991 and 1997. He has also won a Canadian Junior Men's Title in 1985 and the Olympic trials in 2001. He has been to 2 Olympics representing Canada, in 1992 in Albertville(Demonstration sport) and in 2002 in Ogden losing the final to Norway's Paal Trulsen.
     Don Walchuk will be appearing in his 8th Brier. He has won the title once with martin in 1997 and twice with Pat Ryan in 1988 and 1989 with a World Title in 1989 in Milwaukee.
     This will be Carter Rycroft's 2nd Brier appearance. He was with Martin in 2001 and 2002. He also skipped Alberta at the Canadian Junior Men's Championship's in 1994 Calgary losing the final to John Morris.
     This will be the 7th trip to the Brier for Don Bartlett. Don also has 1 Mixed appearance in 1985.
